Hello, I’m Bernadette Greggory.

I’m an author, holistic wellness professional, personal empowerment trainer, and avid aviation enthusiast who feels most at home in Nature. I believe with all my heart that It’s Never Too Late to Be Great!®

Over the years, I’ve learned a few things—as we all have. My journey has taken me through many different roles, including hospital community relations director, personal empowerment trainer, management and training consultant, award-winning medical radio talk show host, and Red Cross Health & Safety Instructor.

For more than 25 years, much of my work has centered on helping people discover greater confidence, happiness, health, and purpose. Along the way, I earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and a Holistic Health Practitioner diploma, but some of my most important lessons didn’t come from a classroom.

After decades of research, studying, seminars, and thousands of dollars spent trying to figure out what was missing in my life, I finally realized it was me.

I was never lost. I was just hiding—from myself, and from my greatness.

That realization changed the way I looked at life.

I believe the talents and gifts we carry are within us from Day One. They are connected to our purpose, and what we choose to do with them becomes part of the legacy we leave behind. Our job is to recognize those gifts, develop the skills to use them, and have the courage to bring them into the world.

Everything we learn means something—to us and, sooner or later, to somebody else. That is why I share what I’ve learned with people who are ready to take their own “next step.”

I have a special place in my heart for older widows creating a new life for themselves and for young people learning that life can be about much more than simply surviving. I am fascinated by the body’s remarkable capacity to heal and by the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Most of all, I believe greatness is inside every one of us. No matter our age or what has happened before, there is still more life to discover, more joy to experience, and more of ourselves to become.
